Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will oversee complex investigations, collective bargaining, and compliance with governmental labor laws. Your role directly impacts workforce morale and ensures alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an integrated workforce planning approach
• Manage labor relations and oversee grievance processes
• Interpret and enforce collective agreements effectively
• Champion equity and inclusion within HR practices
• Collaborate with management on compliance and risk strategies
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or Labor Relations
• 7-10+ years of experience in a unionized setting
