 In this role you will: Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

Ensures round the clock production support for multiple applications, managed globally and must ensure high availability, integrity and reliability of programs and processes developed where the consequence of error could expose the Bank to a significant loss or undue risk.

Apply modern technology to new and legacy operational requirements

Communicates vision/values/business strategy and manages succession and development planning for the team.
