Compensation: This position offers a salary range of $175,000 to $190,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee is seeking a Director, Operations Finance to lead financial performance across our manufacturing network. This is a high-impact role partnering closely with Operations to drive cost efficiency, productivity, and strategic decision‑making across five plants.

You’ll combine financial leadership with a hands‑on approach, working closely with plant teams to deliver insights, improve performance, and support key business initiatives.
