Director, Partner Management

This role is responsible for leading and scaling a global ecosystem of System Integrator (SI) partners to deliver SaaS telecom solutions successfully. You will develop partner strategies, drive onboarding and enablement programs, and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery that accelerates customer adoption and satisfaction. Acting as the primary bridge between partners and internal teams, you will influence product roadmaps, standardize processes, and manage partner performance metrics. This position requires strong leadership, program management, and relationship-building skills to foster a high-performing partner network.
