Director, Patient Care Models Group

Summary This position is located in the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, Patient Care Models Group, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). As the Director, Patient Care Models Group, you will provide executive leadership and direction for the development and administration of complex payment models and programs that seek to reduce the cost of care while maintaining or improving health care quality for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries. Responsibilities Directs the activities necessary to ensure the successful completion of ideation, planning, implementing, and operation of innovative models of payment and care delivery for CMMI. Directs all aspects of active and potential models in the Patient Care Models Group (PCMG) portfolio. This includes criteria for enrolling and continued participation in the Group's programs, business rules for payment and quality.
