Roles & Responsibilities:

+ Hires, trains and provide direction to the Managers and staff of Taxes & Payroll Accounting and Payroll Deductions & Pensions units.

+ Directs the timely withholdings and payments of Federal, State, local and Railroad taxes from all payrolls.

+ Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all tax filings and reporting: monthly, quarterly and annually to all tax jurisdictions.

+ Responsible for the research of legislative and jurisdictional tax updates; ensures NJ TRANSIT is in complianc...
