Job Description

To be part of a team that Develop custom design solutions for all NPD Power Electronics products for use in Fuel cell-based power generation and Electrolyser Applications. Lead a team of Mechanical engineers to develop sheet metal parts for modules, Heatsink and Airflow design for cooling, Racks and enclosures for outdoor applications. 
Role and Responsibilities:  
Develop Modular Mechanical systems for Power electronic products (kW – MW) 
Develop Racks and Enclosure for outdoor application 
Reliability analysis of the Design 
Technical guidance (Technical Guru) to the mechanical design team members 
Interact with sheet metal suppliers and develop & Qualify the parts 
Provide technical support to the NPI and Mfg. team during the Product transfer from engineering 
Involve and support teams to solve Mfg.Issues. 
Skills and Experience:  
BSEE, MSEE or Ph.D
