Morgan Philips is exclusively partnered with a Global Healthcare leader in expanding their operations to Southeast Asia. The role will be based in Dubai and entails extensive travelling, with footprint and ambition of further expanding medical centers across SEA.
Fund Raising & IB Liaison: Act as primary architect of the platform's funding strategy, leading equity and debt roadshows. This involves managing relationships with Investment Banks and Private Equity (PE) firms to secure corporate-level funding, project finance, and mezzanine debt for regional expansion.
M&A & Deal Origination: Beyond greenfield builds, you will lead the Buy vs. Build analysis. You are responsible for the full M&A lifecycle—from sourcing proprietary deal flow and conducting complex commercial due diligence to negotiating and managing post-merger integration
