 We are looking for a  Director, People Analytics  focused on developing and leading our People Analytics strategy. You will be part of the Total Rewards & People Operations leadership team and partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to design and deliver data-driven insights.
  In this role you will: 
 Develop a roadmap for the People Analytics function, leveraging your experience with Workday, to transform the way the organization uses data to make critical decisions.
