Director, Physical Sales

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada | Department: Sales | Reports to: Co‑General Manager, WMC

Job Type: Regular, Full Time | Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Pay Range: $100,000 – $130,000 (annual)

Position status: Backfill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets across retail, B2B, and e‑commerce channels.
  • Forecast revenue and oversee Sales, E‑Commerce, and Customer Service teams.
  • Drive the end‑to‑end sales process, optimizing volume, product mix, and pricing based on market trends.
  • Create, negotiate, and launch retail marketing campaigns to secure prime exposure and revenue generation.
  • Communicate new releases, distribution notices, price changes, sales campaigns, and deletion notices to stakeholders.
