Director - Platform Engineering

At Seekho, we’re building for scale — and our platform is the backbone of that journey. We’re looking for a Director – Platform Engineering to shape and strengthen the infrastructure that powers our products and teams.

What You’ll Lead

• Define and execute the platform and cloud strategy
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure & distributed systems
• Build robust CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code foundations
• Establish strong observability and SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, monitoring, incident response)
• Elevate security, governance, and compliance readiness
• Optimize cloud costs and infrastructure efficiency
• Build and mentor a high-performing platform team
