Job Description

• Leads International Sales and Services teams.
• Prepares annual business plans that identifyrevenue potential by assigned market segments, and describes Casino Marketingprograms and systems, Player Development activities and services, junkets andspecial events that will attain acceptable levels of revenue by key segment,and controls expenses to achieve an acceptable rate of return for investedexpenses and complimentary services.
• Maximizes the use of Solaire Club membershiplist to increase play, length of stay, and visits of targeted members;develop communications plan and identify tiers; coordinate direct mail ande-mail program including monthly newsletters, birthday cards, etc; providetickets, VIP passes, and special offers to both events and entertainment toattract target customer
