- Lead the Project Management Office to ensure consistent program governance, execution discipline, and delivery excellence.
- Oversee and guide product transfers and new product introduction (NPI) programs from US design centers to Asia manufacturing sites.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful readiness, qualification, and ramp-up of products.
- Drive alignment between global and regional stakeholders to ensure programs meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Establish standardized tools, processes, and reporting mechanisms to enhance project visibility and accountability.
- Monitor project performance metrics, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
