Director- Private Banking - NRI

We are seeking a visionary and goal‑oriented Director of Private Banking - NRI to join our prestigious financial institution in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will work in our Non‑Resident Indian (NRI) private banking division, developing and maintaining relationships with high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client service.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the NRI private banking client base in the UAE and globally
• Manage and nurture relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs, providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service
• Lead a team of relationship managers, ensuring they meet business targets and maintain high standards of client satisfaction
• Identify and capitalize on cross‑selling opportunities within the group, promoting collaboration across different departments and global offices
