Director – Procurement & Supply Chain Transformation (IT Consulting Delivery)

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader from an IT Consulting / Professional Services environment to lead large-scale, multi-country Procurement & Supply Chain transformation programs.

This role will own end-to-end delivery across multiple global delivery centers, with full accountability for client satisfaction, P&L performance, resource utilization, and margin management across a 50–100+ member delivery organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide overall Delivery oversight and integration across multiple global delivery centers (onshore/offshore model)
• Own delivery governance, resource planning, utilization, revenue growth, and margin performance
• Lead large-scale Procurement & Supply Chain transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield)
• Drive digital transformation initiatives involving Procurement SaaS platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, o9, BY) ...
