Director Product and Engineering

**This position is for engineering disciplines that focus on mechanical, electrical, chemical, process, or manufacturing engineering profiles. **This position DOES NOT focus on IT or Software related projects.**

**Position Purpose:**

The Director of Product & Engineering is responsible of framing and driving strategic Product and Engineering projects to support the growth of Private Brands. The Director also leads category level New Product Development opportunities and effectively leverages his/her team to support Merchandising and Product development.

**Key Responsibilities:**
