Role Summary Job Description The Senior Manager/ Director of Product Management and Marketing is responsible for driving the successful introduction of new products, expanding the penetration and distribution of existing products, and ensuring strong commercial alignment across the region. This role leads regional Product Management, Pricing, and Marketing activities to ensure the company adapts efficiently to market and customer requirements. The role drives data-centric and digital solutions to deliver faster, more accurate outcomes and elevate processes to best-in-class standards. The position has full leadership responsibility for Product Management, Pricing, and Marketing teams in Southeast Asia (SEA), with functional (dotted-line) leadership of Product and Pricing teams in Japan, Korea, and Australia.
