Director, Product & Tech - Global Food Services

Job Description

We are looking for a Director of Product & Tech to lead the digital backbone of our Cloud Kitchens vertical. GFS is Delivery Hero’s physical infrastructure arm that builds cloud kitchens to facilitate the geographic expansion of restaurants, and your mission is to oversee its digital ecosystem. You will lead the teams that build the tools used by our sales teams, our cloud kitchen operations staff, and our restaurant partners across the globe.

This is a unique Physical-meets-Digital role. You aren't just building software; you are building the operating system for physical cloud kitchens where efficiency is measured in seconds and orders.

You will own the strategy and execution of GFS CRM, Cloud Kitchen Operations, and Vendor Operations products, working closely with engineering, data, commercial and regional teams.
