Director, Product – Workflow Orchestration & Platform Engineering

As Director, Product—Workflow Orchestration & Platform Engineering at Simplii, you will lead the Personal and Business Banking team, reporting to the Vice President, Strategy, Modernization and Optimization.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Orchestration & Platform Enablement – Own and refine the product vision for Simplii’s workflow orchestration platform, developing reusable journey components and building blocks that accelerate squad delivery and support end‑to‑end process orchestration.
• Shared Platform Roadmap Ownership – Manage the shared platform product roadmap, intake, prioritization, and transparency for shared capabilities, establishing consumer feedback loops and governance processes.
