Director - Project Management (MV Switchgear)

Role Purpose:
The medium voltage (MV) Switchgear Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, control, and successful closure of all medium voltage (22kV & 6.6kV) switchgear projects within Singapore. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhering to the highest safety and quality standards, and meeting all client specifications. These individual leads and coordinates cross-functional teams involved in sales handover, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage multiple MV switchgear projects concurrently from contract award through final client handover and closeout, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and budget constraints. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and OEMs during factory acceptance test, site acceptance test and commissioning.
