Role & Responsibilities

Business Development & P&L Management

• Develop and maintain relationships with developers, owners, operators, and other key stakeholders to generate early project leads, prepare proposals, and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Own the regional revenue target and P&L. Drive profitability through disciplined pricing, resource planning, and margin management.
• Lead recruitment for the region and coordinate with HR on team deployment and mobility across projects.
• Manage billing and collections in coordination with the Finance department, ensuring healthy cash flow and timely realisation of fees.

Project Delivery

• Oversee delivery of project management services across all regional assignments — monitoring project team performance, quality of deliverables, and compliance with Ascentis' HSE policy and brand standards.
