Role We are seeking a Director, Quality Assurance, to lead Quality Engineering across Global AML Technology platforms in a highly regulated environment.

This role is accountable for QA strategy, governance, and delivery across multiple AML systems, operating through a hybrid model of internal teams and a managed service partner with onshore and offshore resources.

A key success factor for this role is the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders across Technology, Business, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
