Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Lead and manage the overall Quality Management System (QMS) for the Malaysia site.
Define, develop, deploy, and maintain QMS frameworks and procedures in alignment with organizational and industry standards.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements.
Drive execution of quality strategies and programs, including the Next Level of Zero Defect (NLoZD) initiative.
Monitor, analyze, and report Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by BE Quality Management.
Provide leadership and foster a high-performance culture across the Quality organization.
Act as the primary Quality interface for BE QM QED, BE QM QSMT, and IFAG QM for Quality Business Process implementation and new requirement roll-out.
