Director, Radiation Oncology Finance Services

The primary purpose of the Director of Finance Services, Radiation Oncology is to provide oversight of the financial and business activities of the Division of Radiation Oncology, including but not limited to clinical (professional) activities and research finances. The director will interact with all levels of institutional, divisional, and departmental leadership (including faculty) and non-faculty personnel in the areas of administration, business, and finance, as appropriate and necessary. The Director will also interface with external vendors or entities, as needed and appropriate. The individual must have strong planning, systems, financial, business, leadership, and interpersonal skills, as well as possess a knowledge base to include techniques for budgeting and forecasting, policy review, financial analysis, organizational effectiveness, database management, and project management.
