Job Description

 Our client is a fast-growing Swiss start-up that is now looking for an experienced R&D leader for the role of  Director R&D Surgical Robotics  . 
 Following the creation of game-changing platform technology, the role will take over leadership of the R&D team from the CEO, refining the product roadmap, supporting first cases in the operating room and leading ongoing development. 
  The role is part of the Senior Leadership team of the company.   
  To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:   
 Relevant Engineering University Degree. 
 10+ years of relevant hands-on medical device experience, preferably in a start-up company. 
 Excellent knowledge of medical device industry and regulations – FDA and CE submissions, ISO 13485. 
 Previous experience in collaborating with surgeons. 
 People management experience.
