**Job Summary**

Responsible for leading operational excellence across all fabrication facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance. Establishes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implements robust reporting to support strategic objectives and profitability, and formalizes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
