Job Description

  • An 8 month standalone parental leave contract offering the opportunity to lead high visibility remuneration processes.
  • April start date followed by a balanced hybrid work arrangement based in the new Sydney CBD office (three days on site, two days from home).
  • Hands on role leading the remuneration and reward function. You will also manage our People and Culture Operations team of two.

Who are we’re looking for?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
  • Proven remuneration & reward experience with the capability to independently lead and deliver an end to end annual remuneration review cycle.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex cyclical reward processes such as award rate updates, WGEA reporting and annual bonus or incentive processes.
  • Strong expertise in job evaluation, benchmarking and market pricing.
