My client is looking for Director of Residential & Commercial Real Estate Lending to lead the origination, structuring, and execution of property loans across the UK, with a focus on deal sizes between £1 million and £30 million. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong market relationships, deep credit expertise, and a hands-on approach to deal-making in the mid-market space.

Key Responsibilities:

Origination & Market Coverage
Source and originate residential & commercial development, bridging, and investment loans across the UK.
Maintain and grow a network of brokers, developers, family offices, and other introducers.
Identify underserved market segments and develop tailored lending solutions.


Credit & Structuring
Lead credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessment for new transactions.
