Director, Restructuring – Interpath – Singapore, Asia

The Restructuring team in Singapore is looking for an experienced Director to join their team. You will work alongside colleagues in the Restructuring team, responsible for financial restructuring advice in large, complex situations often involving multi‑jurisdictional advice.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement teams on a range of product types, overseeing work as the main point of contact with the client.
• Build strong, trusted adviser relationships with senior management and mid‑level executives and other key stakeholders in engagements (including contacts at banks, private equity, private credit, other lenders and law firms).
• Manage engagements and projects to scope, time, quality and budget complying with Interpath's engagement management practices.
• Undertaking of detailed financial restructuring analysis to present robust advice to client teams.
