Position Title: Director, Safety

Position Reports To: EVP, Health, Safety, Environmental


Position Summary

The Director of Safety is responsible for the oversight and development of personnel and plans to maintain a safe work environment over a regional area covering multiple lines of business within the construction and industrial construction industry.


Essential Functions
+ Participates in the development of safety/operational standards, procedures and policies and leads the implementation of these systems and programs to improve the region’s ability to meet industry safety/compliance standards and promote Apache’s commitment to the safety of our employees.
+ Audits all work processes to look for potential safety hazards by physically inspecting work areas and job sites and oversee the development of site-specific safety plans for projects to confirm compliance and coach the team on how to solve any deficiencie...
