Director, Sales - Beauty

**Job Purpose and Impact**

The Director, Sales - Beauty will develop the strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for all sales teams. In this role, you will provide the teams with a strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the company in promoting and selling products to personal care/cosmetic product manufacturers.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Support business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and our products and services.
+ Establish and implement short to midterm plans that have an impact on business results aligned with Cargill Beauty 2030 strategic objectives.
