Director Sales National Account, Sephora (contract)

We are seeking a

Sephora Account Director

to join our team on an

18-month maternity leave contract,

based out of our Toronto head office. This role holds full accountability for the performance, growth, and evolution of our Sephora business, while also supporting select emerging retail initiatives.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead strategic planning, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver sales, profitability, and innovation objectives.

What you will do

This role is a core member of the Leadership Team, contributing to broader business strategy, cross-functional decision-making, and long-term growth planning.
