Job Description
T H E M A N D A T E
You will own compnys FY revenue target — a 4-5x scale-up from current levels. You will
build, lead, and scale the entire direct-sales and channel-partner engine — Bangalore as your base, with
expansion across major Indian metros and key NRI corridors. You will own the P&L, the team, the channel
ecosystem, the AI-augmented sales stack, and the number. No part of this is shared.

Build & Launch
Complete product, vertical, pipeline, team, and
CRM diagnostic. Submit a 12-month booking-to-
collection plan, ratified by the CEO.
Restructure the direct sales team. Onboard the
first cohort of channel partners across launch
cities. Deploy an AI-augmented sales stack
(CRM, lead scoring, agentic outreach). Close Q1
on plan.
Launch the NRI channel program.
Close FY on or above target. Submit a
