Job Description

                    Scope of Leadership Role:
Build up an attractive and leading position covering Air Moving/Commercial Motor in all South Asia countries 
Drive short and long-term business development in all specific vertical market/segment
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Revenue Growth
Develop and execute APAC sales strategies and target for Air Moving/Commercial Motor, targeting data centers, semiconductor and commercial building & HVAC.  
Lead market expansion in SEA through distributor network built-up, optimization and OEM partnerships, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals
Commercial Excellence
Drive specification-influence strategies with stakeholders at key accounts and consultants, leveraging deep knowledge of EC motor technology, IoT integration, and regulatory standards
