Director Sales(Geo Expansion)

**What you’ll do:**

Drive the Power Distribution and Power Quality business across India & SriLanka for Geo expansion territories & drive emerging businesses. Drive business across locations, where Eaton is either not present or has a very weak presence. Drive & lead engagement across the eco-system in the named geo territories including customers , consultants , partners , large & medium System Integrators .
1. To drive revenue & gross margin objective of the organization in Geo expansion regions & drive emerging business models like Ecommerce . 2. To consistently work towards improving Eaton market share through small & large deals by building deeper connects across various GEO locations (tier3 & tier 4) cities where Eaton have very low share of wallet.
