Director, Server Management

Overview:STATEMENT:The Director of Infrastructure Engineering is responsible for the coordination of global operations for their department function across GTS and for the management of cross-functional processes.This role will bring together the technology, people, and processes necessary to support the delivery of streamlined, technology enabled business services.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Responsible for global Windows Server, Linux Server, and Storage platforms.
- Responsible for Server Operations globally, both on-prem and in cloud providers.
- Ensures department alignment to GTS priorities and strategy.
- Track and report on departmental metrics and compliance status.
- Ensure vulnerabilities are remediated and operational activities are completed within defined SLA.
