**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**



+ Work closely with VP Global Sales Engineering and execute the overall strategy for the APAC region Solutions & Sales Engineering team in alignment with company goals and objectives.

+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled solutions and sales engineers in different APAC region countries, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
