Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with VP Global Sales Engineering and execute the overall strategy for the APAC region Solutions & Sales Engineering team in alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of highly skilled solutions and sales engineers in different APAC region countries, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex Electrical and Mechanical solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
