Sprinklr isseekingan experienced and strategic Director of Solutions Architecture to lead our solutions architecture function and drive the design of innovative, scalable, and customer-centric technical solutions. This executive leadership role bridges business strategy, sales/pre-sales, and engineering teams, ensuring that our technical offerings align with customer needs, industry best practices, and long-term companyobjectives.

The Director will oversee a high-performing team of solutions architects, shape enterprise-grade reference architectures, guide complex deal pursuits, and influence product roadmap decisions based on real-world customer requirements and emerging technologies (cloud platforms, AI/ML, security, data architectures, etc.).
