• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers (local and international) for fabrics, trims, accessories, footwear, fragrance, and finished goods.
• Negotiate contracts, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms to achieve best cost and efficiency.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and responsiveness.
• Oversee product costing, price negotiations, and margin management.
