Director, Strategic Business Enablement

In the role of Director, Business Enablement, PH&N Investment Counsel, you will provide the strategy, definition, development, delivery and support of operational processes and services as required to establish new or enhance existing business processes. You will also manage activities through senior managers and managers and implement business and operational plans.

What will you do?

• Anticipate and plan for process integration opportunities that support business objectives. Create process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes to affected areas.
• Manage complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation. Provide consulting and applying expertise to business and IT development teams on tools and approaches to automate and streamline key processes.
• Maintain contact with front office teams to ensure their expectations are clarified, understood and met.
