What you will be doing:
Client Leadership & Growth
Serve as the executive relationship leader across TechBlocks’ top enterprise clients.
Build deep, trusted partnerships with C-level and V-level executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, CPO, VP Engineering, CEO).
Define and execute multi-year account strategies focused on digital transformation, AI, and cloud modernization.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive proposal development in collaboration with practice and delivery teams.
Program Governance & Operational Execution
Be extremely organized and disciplined in managing complex enterprise programs with multiple workstreams.
Own and manage delivery governance, including tracking budgets, milestones, resourcing, and customer satisfaction across accounts.
