Candidates must have relevant experience in structured finance/ investment banking preferably within the Infra/ TMT/digital infrastructure space

Responsibilities:
Lead origination, structuring and execution of financing solutions (i.e acquisition finance, mezz finance, holdco finance, non-recourse financing) for digital infrastructure transactions
Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment
Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns
