**Job Description**

**Director, Student Services-Mount Sinai Phillips School of Nursing-Full Time, Days**

Directs front-line student service operations and personnel that include the planning, development, organization, direction and implementation of student recruitment, admissions and registration functions. Directs activities to ensure student engagement and retention goals are met, projects are completed and progress is made towards attainment of key initiatives. Helps develop, implement and measure the progress relating to the School’s strategic plans regarding student affairs.

**Educational Requirements**

+ Bachelor?s degree required; Master?s degree in higher education or a similar discipline preferred

**Experience Requirements**

+ Two or more years of progressive experience in student services management
