Director, Subsystems Validation

Job Description

Responsible for the planning and oversight of the subsystems validation team. The team will be responsible for linecard and subsystem product verification inside a customer’s shelf or other system-level configuration. Team leadership includes organizational planning, hiring, budgeting, and oversight of platform-based testing methodologies, ensuring customer satisfaction and improving growth & profitability of the Telecom Transport Subsystems business through value‑added services in the product validation space. The role will interact extensively with external customers, development teams (hardware, software, optical), quality, sales, and product line management.
