Director, Supply Chain (Retail Market)

Overview Richelieu Hardware is a North American leader in specialty hardware. We are seeking a Manager – Retail Supply Chain for our Head Office in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, the role consists of planning, organizing, supervising, controlling, and developing all activities related to procurement and the team under your responsibility.

You will also contribute to the development of a national procurement strategy for this category, maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure the accuracy of product availability information, and optimize procurement and operational costs in collaboration with commercial and product management teams.

Additionally, you will diagnose stock shortages and implement solutions to ensure customer service while being accountable for key performance results.
