Director - Talent Acquisition

Qiddiya is entering a critical phase of growth, with multiple new businesses being built from the ground up. We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Director to lead hiring across our incubation portfolio.

This is a delivery-focused leadership role. You will be expected to operate at both a strategic and execution level—partnering closely with senior stakeholders while remaining actively engaged in hiring.

You will lead recruitment for a portfolio of early-stage OpCos, translating workforce plans into clear, executable hiring strategies and ensuring delivery against ambitious timelines.
