Job Description
Lead company-wide workforce planning, including forecasting, headcount analysis, and real-time vacancy tracking.
Serve as a strategic advisor, using talent data and insights to align workforce planning with long-term business priorities.
Lead Talent Acquisition teams to align hiring strategies with workforce forecasts and succession plans.
Implement employer branding and sourcing strategies to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
Identify high-potential talent, assess readiness, and address capability gaps.
