Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of R&D Incentives professionals, ensuring consistent delivery quality, standardized methodologies, and strong technical execution.
• Assess, review, and approve the filing of claims for SR&ED (Canada), eBusiness (QC), and R&D Tax Credits (US) to ensure compliance with federal and provincial requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, analytics, and operational excellence.
• Establish the overall claim and defense strategy, using a variety of approaches (technological, fiscal, legal, political, etc.).
• Participate in determining the acceptable risk level for Ericsson, ensuring laws and regulations are respected and the company’s reputation is protected.
