Director Technology Development - Power & Analog

We’re looking for an experienced Technology Development (TD) Director for a leading semiconductor fabless company. This role will be based in Hsin-Chu, Taiwan and lead a large team of experts working on the technology development for Power & Analog products. Overseas working experience with a semiconductor IDM MNC is highly desired.

Responsibilities:

Define technology road map (device, process, and integration) and its execution that ensure the company’s competitiveness in the field of Power and Analog design.

Develop, coach, and manage the Technology Development (TD) department.

Lead the technology enablement for the company to expand into new markets and applications. Work closely with the business units to sustain the technology competitiveness for continual organic growths.

Build up technology IP portfolio.

Foundry development and foundry technology development.
